Pomorskie nature delights at any time of the year! Not only sandy beaches and the sea encourage you to relax in Pomorskie. Equally attractive are numerous lakes, especially those in Kashuby, unique and delightful landscapes of fields, meadows and rivers.

National parks offer their natural resources. In Slowinski National Park, a natural spectacle takes place every day, in which the main role is played by wind and sand. In this “Pomorskie desert” you can admire the moving dunes, among which the Lacka Mountain reigns – 40 m high.
The Bory Tucholskie National Park, which is part of one of the largest forest complexes in Poland, has completely different values. It is here that the protection of nature and endangered species goes hand in hand with education and dissemination. It is worth planning a trip to landscape parks, of which there are 9 in Pomorskie, and as many as 7 of them lie entirely within the borders of the voivodship.

Pomorskie nature for children
The youngest travellers are invited to visit places where they will see how to take care of both flora and fauna in an easy and pleasant way. By visiting the Gdansk Zoological Garden, we will learn a lot of interesting information about animals, by visiting the Hel Seal Centre we will expand our knowledge about the population of seals living in the waters of the Baltic Sea, and we will be able to discover unique plant species in the Arboretum in Wirty and Kartuzy.
