Villa of Marian Piotrowski

which initially was sand-colour and had period windows (including round one, supposed to look like bulls’-eye on a ship).

A functionalist villa with a simple body built in 1938 following the design of Zbigniew Kupiec and Tadeusz Kossak. At the end of the 30’s it was occupied by one of the designers – Zbigniew Kupiec. This building is on Gdynia modernism route.
