The concept of the construction of the object to retrieve the inhabitants of Ustka their identity and to ensure the history and the tradition was established in 1995, however, the opening of the museum was in 2000. The Museum of the Ustka land has two exhibition halls, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. In the attic there are the headquarters of the Society of the Friends of Ustka.

The exhibition hall on the ground floor is filled with the permanent exhibition on the history of Ustka, and models and memorabilia from the “Ustka” shipyard. The room on the first floor presents temporary exhibitions, thematic exhibitions and openings.
