The owner and founder of the museum is a baker and confectioner from Ustka Mr. Eugene Brzoska, whose bakery, located next to the museum, can be visited, and it works continuously since 1945. Ustka Bread Museum is the only museum of its kind in Pomorskie region, and one of the first bakery museum in Poland.

Museum reveals the secrets of the process of the preparation of bread and bakery products of earlier times, when there were no modern equipment, up to the present. The oldest exhibit of the museum is a table for processing gingerbread dough. The museum also shows mortars, a refrigerator that works without electricity, molds for cakes and many other interesting items.
