Ingredients
10 kg of ripe Old-Polish plums, 4 kg of sugar, 7 l of boiled and cooled water
Preparation
Put the washed and pitted plums in a flagon, pour 2 kg of sugar on top, and wait until it starts fermenting. Melt in water the remaining sugar and pour into the flagon. Leave it in a darkened place to ferment. Trickle the liqueur through the sieve and pour into bottles. The first portion should be good to drink after 3-4 months, but one year has to pass until the best results are achieved.
