Where is your farm located?
Podole Wielkie is a small village in the Głowczyce county in the Pomoskie Voivodeship, 27 km south of Leba. The village does not seem to stand out. However, in its center there is something that puts it in the first row with the regions where the best alcohols in the world are produced.

What do you do in Podole Wielkie?
Podole Wielkie is a unique place where we live and work. These are fields, farms where we grow potatoes, wheat, rye, barley, raw materials for our unique distillates. It is from them that the vintage Potato, Wheat, Barley, Rye spirits and unique potato and rye vodkas are made.

How are your products made?
Our philosophy is “from field to the bottle”. This means that we grow, harvest, mash, ferment and distill the raw material from which our products are made. This is how we understand craft and the production of strong alcohols: work, knowledge, passion and no compromises when it comes to quality.
In addition to our traditional products, we also encourage you to taste our beer spirits produced in cooperation with the legend of the craft beer revolution, the AleBrowar brewery.
For us, each bottle is a story – the story of the place, people, their daily hard work in the field, and later in the distillery. Without the fruits of this work, we would not be where we are today.

Can we visit your distillery?
Yes, Sightseeing is possible from Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 14:00 and on Saturdays between 14:00 and 16:00. Reservations can be made by e-mail or by phone. Duration of the trip: about 1.5-2 hours.
We can conduct our tour in Polish and English. During the tour, we will answer the questions How does the distillery work? What is the difference between an agricultural distillery and a craft distillery?
How are craft spirits made? What is the difference between vodka and spirit? What surprised Robert Makłowicz and Katarzyna Bosacka from “I know what I eat” TV programm? These and other questions are answered by the guides during the tour of this place. It is possible to taste and purchase products during the tour.
The tour covers the entire process: Receipt of raw material, Processing, Mashing, Fermentation, Distillation.
Only adults can take part in the distillery tour?
We like children and we don’t mind them taking part in the sightseeing. However, for security reasons, please pay special attention to them. The distillery is still operating normally.
