The landscape of the Pomeranian countryside is highly diverse from region to region. Here, you can learn about the culture and history of the mysterious arcade houses or the characteristic fishermen’s architecture spread along the seashore belt.

The arcade house in Żuławki

The arcade house in Żuławki was built in 1851 for Cornelius Froese.

The entire building was erected on a brick foundation, and the west-side arcade is based on 6 Tuscan columns and half-timbered walls. The roof is covered with pantiles. The building was constructed on a two-bay plan, with a large room in the corner and a "black kitchen".
