The Żukowo post-convent church is the oldest architectural monument in Kashubia, which is home to many valuable works of art from the 18th centuries. The late-gothic altar of the so-called Antwerp school holds the most value.
The main altar with the painting of the Assumption of the Holiest Virgin Mary from the workshop of the Gdańsk painter Herman Han originates from the first half of the 17th Century.
The oldest monument of the church is the cross located above the entrance to the vestry, which is from the end of the 14th Century. The church is home to the gothic sculpture of the Madonna with Baby Jesus, while the chapel next to the vestry contains an alabaster bas relief of the Bowing of the Three Wise Men.
The Baroque monuments, the blue polychromous rainbow, the pulpit, the confessionals, the great balustrade of the choir and the many other details of the interior and the architecture of the building place the Żukowo post-convent church among the most valuable monuments of Pomerania.
