Due to the delicate construction of its roof, damaged by the storm wind of 1904, the repair of the tower was necessary, as well as the roof, damaged by the tower’s cupola. Especially worth seeing is the Romanesque-Revival altar inside the building, designed by German artist Elsner of Munich.
