From the Słowackiego Street’s side the tenement house has got three storeys, from Armii Krajowej Street’s side – 4, and its corner part has one more storey. The building owes its cubic character to among others vertical lines of corner windows – glazed winter gardens. Every of these windows consists of 15 separate panes. Cubic character of the glazing is juxtaposed with dynamically rounded and also glazed corner part of the ground floor which used to house shops. On the roof there used to be a terrace, which was walled off, with a view of the sea and Kamienna Góra, and every flat used to had a loggia from the yard’s side. Functional areas in flats were clearly sectioned: living area with a big hall, utility and sleeping areas with separate hallways. At present, the building houses a restaurant called Trattoria la Fortuna. This building is on Gdynia modernism route.
