Jan Bochniak was the first architect in Gdynia to apply vertical division of elevation: its middle part, higher by 1 storey, is highlighted by contrasting lesenes. The cornice is also strongly emphasized. This tenement house served as an example for designers of many later designs. At present the building houses Bureau for Forest Management and Geodesy. This building is on Gdynia modernism route.
