This tenement house was designed for Poznan University Professor by a well-known duo of Cracow-Lvov designers: Zbigniew Kupiec and Tadeusz Kossak. Another interesting thing is extra light which lights the inside hall through the glazed back wall of the living room. This international style and “luxury trend” tenement house is decorated with a facade covered with sand-coloured clinker and horizontally cut into two by a ribbon of mahogany windows. This building is on Gdynia modernism route.
