The Pruszcz hydro plant in Pruszcz Gdański

Built in 1921, it was closed down in wartime and reopened in 1946. The facility had a 100-KW Francis-type turbine installed, which operated with a gradient range of 2.69 m. Since the 14th Century, the Pruszcz hydrotechnical system has been a strategic building for the economic and defensive purposes of Gdańsk, remaining unchanged to this day.
