The house was built in the central part of Kamienna Góra between 1936 and 1939. It is distinguished by its dynamic body with rounded corners and strongly protruding, also cylindrical in their shape, balconies. Its central, glazed staircase protrudes from the wall face. The attic is effectively receded and highlighted by means of vertical chimney walls. This building is on Gdynia modernism route.
