Krople Bursztynu – Amber Drops

The installation is built of transparent pebbles made of resin mass with a built-in LED system. Artefacts of our time in various sizes and shapes are also shown in the resin – such as mobile phone and other everyday life objects trapped in amber like insects. Amber Drops is a permanent ‘site-specific’ installation in the space of the Low Town in Gdańsk, located under the New Motlawa bridge. The pulsating light of pebbles and the reflections on the shiny metallic surface of Front Studio Group’s Invisible Gate will provide an impression that the entire space is living and breathing.
