Emerging new bike paths allow for convenient movement between the districts. They are a great asset not only to the residents but also to tourists. In one day on a bike you can visit Oliwa, Wrzeszcz and the historic Downtown having access to places inaccessible by car.
The proposed route leads through cycling routes, and in some cases through the streets without a dedicated bicycle lane. The tour includes the most important places in Oliwa (post Cisterian cathedral with its surroundings), Wrzeszcz (places connected with the Nobel Prize winner Günter Grass), Solidarity Square, and the less well-known yet very interesting Old Suburb and the Lower Town. The sightseeing of the Old Town has been omitted due to the high tourist traffic is best explored on foot. However, cycling on a separate path along Podwale Grodzkie street and Waly Jagiellonskie we see these historic objects and at any time we can come and see up close any interesting to us building.
