With spectacular scenery and top-quality golf courses, Postołowo played host to the 2002 and 2007 European Golf Championships , and many other tournaments.
The golf course in Postołowo is nested in the scenery of the Kashubian Lakeland of unrivalled beauty, 28km southwards from Gdańsk. The course was designed by Jeremy Turner, an accomplished and seasoned Swedish golf-course architect. To date, he has nearly 50 designs under his belt. The Postołowo course is an 18-hole championship course and stretches over an area of more than 100 hectares. Its back tee is 7102m long, the club tee measures 6236m, and the ladies tee is 5122m long. In the opinion of Jeffrey P. Collinge, a renowned golf course construction and maintenance expert from the Netherlands, who has reviewed serveral thousand golf courses around the globe, the course in Postołowo is exceptionally inviting, appealing in terms of both landscape and technical aspects, making it fit to satisfy the tastes of even the most discerning of players. Next to our PAR 72 championship course, we have also built, primarily with high handicappers in mind, a 6-hole PAR20 course, this way facilitating excellent conditions for the further development of golf in the Pomeranian region.
