Wide recessed arcade leads to the staircase hiding representative three storey stairs. The system of “dancing stairs” is one of the most impressive among the houses on the Trail of Modernism. The building next to the Square of Scouts (Plac Harcerzy), is the only detached townhouse on the “Swietojanska” route. The geometry of the shape of the building can be viewed from each side, but on the ground level (from the south and the east) there was erected a temporary wooden structure for the purposes of cheap restaurants and bistros (fast food). The townhouse is one of the elements of Gdynia Modernism Route, located on Route 3.
