Gothic, Baroque, half-timbered houses, built of wood, brick, or filled with clay or plastered – only Pomerania offers such a diversity of religious buildings. The rich interior decor, the wall paintings and incredible stained glass windows, give the finishing touch to the structures.

The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s Motherhood in Trzcinno

This is a 17th-Century half-timbered church. A small lapidarium next to the church holds a fragment of a monument commemorating those residents of the Trzcinno parish who died during World War I.

Other highlights include the stained glass in the side windows and 6 old tombstones on the churchyard.
