The lake covers a surface area of just over 88 hectares and is a body of water surrounding the tourist gem of the Kashubian Lake District - Chmielno.
The village of Chmielno, for many years, has been the tourist centre of the Kartuzy District, and it is a great place to rest. You can find here many leisure centres, private apartments and water-equipment rental agencies. Białe Lake is a noted stop along the route of the famous “Kółko Raduńskie” kayaking trail.
