The fair is annually attended by more than 130 exhibitors from Poland and abroad. Selling fake amber and substitutes is strictly prohibited. Pressed amber and fossil resin must be clearly labelled. The experts who are on duty during the fair are there to examine the jewellery, check its authenticity and explain its origin. The fair is accompanied by competitions, exhibitions, and shows, which are open to everyone. Every year the fair takes place on the second weekend of September.
