El complejo "Kaszubskie Oko" tiene forma de ojo. Su elemento principal es la "pupila", la Torre de Observación, que es un montículo donde se encuentra la torre,

los macizos de flores constituyen el "iris" y las pérgolas de madera simbolizan el contorno de las pestañas.

El complejo está equipado con 18 campos de mini-golf, campo de ajedrez en el terreno, parques infantiles en versión estándar con forma de "Barco de Piratas" y para los niños mayores un parque con cuerdas. ¡También despiertan un gran interés los modelos de dinosaurios de tamaño natural: Triceratops y Tyrannosaurus rex y los modelos de los antiguos hombres forzudos casubios llamados "Stolem"! Una nueva atracción es la pared de escalada donde se puede subir a una altura de 7,4 m.

La base de la torre, construida con forma del reloj de arena, es un montículo cubierto de vegetación en cuyo interior se encuentran varias oficinas, la oficina de turismo, la venta de recuerdos y el gran vestíbulo donde se presentan exposiciones y curiosidades. La altura total de la torre con la cumbre es de 44 m. Al mirador de la torre se puede llegar subiendo 212 escalones o 36 m en ascensor.

Si hace buen tiempo desde el mirador se puede admirar el Mar Báltico y las colinas morrenas del Lago Żarnowieckie. Desde aquí también se pueden ver los restos de la famosa central de energía nuclear. Es interesante el gran depósito superior (122 ha de superficie) de la mayor central eléctrica reversible en Polonia y el parque eólico con 21 molinos de viento.
