El Museo de la Pesca en Heles el departamento delMuseo Marítimo Central. Su sede está en la antigua iglesia evangélica de San Pedro y San Pablo que estuvo en este edificio entre los años 1525 y 1945.

Al mismo tiempo es el edificio más antiguo de Hel. La construcción evangélica fue entregada al Museo Marítimo Central en 1972. La exposición del Museo de la Pesca se compone de una exposición permanente y otra al aire libre de barcos y una torre de observación.

La exposición permanente en el interior del edificio presenta objetos relacionados con la pesca en el Mar Báltico en el pasado y el presente y se pueden ver las herramientas utilizadas para pescar. La flora y fauna del Báltico nos introduce en el tema de la contaminación del mar y los problemas ecológicos de hoy.

En el patio del Museo se exponen los barcos de pesca tradicionales como "Pomeranka", el barco de pesca de altura con más de 8 metros de largo, y el barco "Dziunia" que sirvió como equipamiento de la estación de investigación en la Antártida. La fachada frontal del edificio está coronada por una torre de observación con una vista panorámica a Hel y a la Bahía de Puck. El único monumento móvil de la iglesia que se ha conservado es la campana del siglo XVIII, ahora situada en el atrio.
