The “MOZARTIANA" International Mozart Festival

The “MOZARTIANA” International Mozart Festival is a celebration of the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, inspired by his works.

Since 2006, each year, Oliwski Park transforms into a colorful classicistic land.

Children and adults stroll the alleys, clothed in costumes of Mozart's epoch, and the composer's music fills the air from morning till dawn. The atmospherically-lit grounds of the historic park constitute a magnificent scenery for the festival space. The concerts are accompanied by spectacular evening shows of "dancing" fountain and fireworks. During the festival, one can listen to pieces of the composer's famous operas, and his chamber compositions and symphonies, and the event's great finale will traditionally consist of a concert in Oliwa Cathedral, during which, one of his major oratorios for the orchestra, choir and soloists will be performed.
