Manor houses and palaces stand in the picturesque corners of Pomerania, by the seacoast, near lakes, on rivers, and in forests.
The Lisewski Manor in Lisewo
The manor in Lisewo used to belong to the property of the Lisewski family of the Pomeranian Leliwa coat of arms.
During the second half of the 16th Century, this property was divided between two families: Dzięcielewski and Jackowski. The former left Lisewo, which brought joy to the local inhabitants, since the family led a dissipated life, which could have led to the wastimng of the property. The Jackowski family ruled until the second half of the 18th Century. This period saw the formation of the village developments and the creation of the manor and park complex. Subsequently, the manor underwent frequent ownership changes. A great impact on the present appearance of the manor and the entire manor and park formation was made by Johann Zielcke.
After World War II, the building was owned by the National Agricultural Farms. This period inflicted great damage on both the buildings and the park terrains. In 2010, the building found an owner who proceeded to perform extensive renovations and transformed it into a stylish hotel and restaurant.
The Lisewski Manor offers luxurious accommodation and comfortable relaxation conditions. The guests can enjoy 11 comfortably-furnished rooms with bathrooms and a spacious apartment in the Louis style. All rooms are equipped with LCD TVs and free internet access. The hotel organises training courses, conferences and business meetings. The hosts provide full comfort for the organisers and guests, while the restaurant enchants with its unique architecture and exquisite cuisine.
The manor's main attraction is the petting zoo. It is inhabited by pigeons, ducks, chickens, geese, guinea fowls and turkeys. They are accompanied by majestic peacocks, miniature sheep, goats, Vietnamese pigs, a calf and a pony, which can be ridden by children. The animals can be petted and fed during walks on the specially-prepared paths around the pond. The venue also has a shooting range, offering shooting from a sporting slingshot.
The location of the building is an undoubted advantage. It is near numerous attractions, which guarantee active and diverse relaxation.
